My name is Jayden and I’m the CEO of Adamson Company LLC.
In the past 12 months, we have hired over 10 VA’s and scaled our Amazon business to 100K+/pm
And in light of that, we want to produce more leads for our business, which is where we need your help.
This is not your traditional “freelance job” gig where you find a couple products for us and perhaps give us 4-5 hours/week in total, charge your client a $450/month retainer, and have a whole bunch of other clients to get to your 2K/month income goal.
This position where you WILL need to be full time for us and us only
This role may eventually grow into a leadership position where you oversee a team of product researchers and VA’s.
So again – if you just want to add another client to your client base, likely not for you. We’re looking for someone who see’s the value of FOCUS (Follow ONE course until successful, not 4 lol), the value of going ALL IN with one team and growing as a leader within our organization.
Primary Responsibilities (Full Time Role, roughly 30 hrs/week) include but are not limited to:
-Sourcing products for Online Arbitrage manually searching
-Understanding and learning how to get more efficient at sourcing
-Using google sheets to record leads
– You will be responsible for daily REPORTING on communication channels (discord + spreadsheets, and so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 10 minutes of reporting /day to ensure you are tracking KPIs and progressing in your role.
-Be an coachable person
-Understanding how to use Keepa and SellersAMP
-You must have AT LEAST 6 months of product research experience to work with us (You will be tested on your prior experience)
-You must have a good stable internet connection
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
— If you have NO real-world experience with product research (THEORY is not enough…you must either have worked for someone before as a product researcher, OR worked as an freelancer doing product research.) YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR
REFERENCES
— If you are not willing to go ALL IN with our company, and like to have multiple jobs, this is not for you.
— If you are not willing to work a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
— If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.
— If you cannot handle a critical, demanding environment where your CEO (Jayden) will be tough on you when giving you constructive criticism to build you into a better team member, this is not for you.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
— If you have REAL-WORLD experience with product research
— If you are willing to go ALL IN, long term for at least 2+ years with our team, this is for you.
— If you like to be paid off of PERFORMANCE (meaning the results you bring to the company) rather than hourly pay, this is for you.
— If you are LOYAL, and want to have a long term relationship with your employer who will treat and compensate you the right way for years to come, this is for you.
Compensation:
For the primary responsibilities listed above, full-time compensation will start at around $400-700K USD/month, and as you grow in our company you will get to $1500-2500/mo (open to adding performance based incentive on top).
This however, is NEGOTIABLE. If you have extensive experience and can justify why a higher retainer makes sense, I am open to hearing you out. Pay is a reflection of value, and if you can show that you can deliver more value, I’m more than happy to compensate you more.
You will be given a sample project that will take about 30 minutes to complete. You will need to pass this before being taken on full time.
