????About You:
You are a driven and experienced Amazon Associate who is very detail oriented and organized. You take your time to make sure things are done right and have an eye for detail.
As our Amazon Associate you will be a brand manager to one of our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Amazon channel. You will be accountable for managing the Amazon listings ensuring they are up to date, optimized, and available. You will also be responsible for customer service, helping with marketing, and daily seller central checks. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting.
????Key Responsibilities:
Full time
Manage our customer service department
Help manage the day to day operations of one of our Amazon accounts
Fully understand, and execute all Standard Operating Procedures
Manage our listings ensuring they are optimized and up to date
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise from the day to day operations of an Amazon business (listing suspensions, indexing issues, supply chain issues, slow sales, marketing problems, etc)
Help to come up with marketing plans and strategies
Contact Amazon Seller Support and resolve issues through support
Help to create and analyze detailed reports
Help track keywords and sales
????Key Metrics We Expect You to Meet On a Weekly Basis:
On time completion of daily tasks
Weekly check of all listings
Customer Service tickets answered within 24 hours
40 hours per week
????Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal English communication
3+ years working with Amazon Seller Central
The ability to solve Amazon and non-Amazon related issues with little oversight
Must have very good internet and at least one backup
????Nice to Haves:
Track record of experience working in a Brand Management company or at a high level in the BPO industry
Customer Service experience
Supplement industry experience
