Our working hour is from Monday to Friday, 10m to 7pm GMT+8.
You are required to be available off work when needed for urgent tasks. No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.
Job Responsibilities:
– Experience with Amazon Seller Central listing management (Eg: Creating & uploading flatfile on Amazon Seller Central)
– Update listing and product information in Amazon seller central
– Understand the basics of Seller Central functions
– Have a clear understanding of product categories and sub-categories on Amazon
– To perform listing checks in US, Canada, Australia and Europe marketplaces
– To resolve the listing issues promptly
– Communicating with Amazon Seller Central support to fix issues as and when required
– Familiar with promotions and bundles creation
– Consolidating Customer Reviews
– Task reporting mainly on Whatsapp and Asana. All communications are expected to reply within 15 mins
– Bonus experience in handling Shopify, Target & other US e-commerce marketplaces
– Any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Experience in Amazon Seller Central
– Expert knowledge of Amazon flatfiles, variations listings, listing requirements etc.
– Analytical and meticulous attention to details
– Have a good command of English and communicating skills
– Independent and highly motivated individual
– Takes pride and initiative with work
– Proficient in excel, google suites and simple graphic editing is required.
– Work effectively in a team and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Able to be consistent in delivering tip-top work performance and take full ownership of tasks
– Meeting KPI consistently
– Thrive in fast pace, changing environment
– Must have a stable internet connection
