Job Overview: We seek a dedicated Amazon Store/Brand Specialist who is responsible for managing our brand’s presence and operations on the Amazon platform. This role combines brand management with operational and inventory oversight to ensure optimal performance and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and be skilled in driving brand growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance product listings to reflect brand values and maximize visibility and sales on Amazon.
• Develop and implement brand strategies on Amazon to increase brand recognition and customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust strategies and improve product rankings.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand without overstocking.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory replenishment and manage shipments.
• Implement promotional campaigns in alignment with brand goals and monitor their effectiveness.
• Handle customer reviews, questions, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction and a positive brand reputation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports on brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and tools and leverage new opportunities for brand enhancement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in e-commerce brand management, preferably on Amazon.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, with experience managing listings, promotions, and inventory.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive brand growth.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• High proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
