Job Description:

We are seeking an Amazon Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory, operations, and customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the Amazon space.

Responsibilities:

– Daily Monitoring of Amazon Listings: Ensure all products are active, free of suspensions, and errors are corrected promptly.
– Supplier Communication: Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and order fulfillment.
– Inspection Coordination: Manage relationships with inspection teams to ensure product quality.
– Stock Forecasting: Analyze sales data to predict future inventory needs.
– Seller Support Communication: Open cases and resolve issues through Seller Support.
– Listing Management: Fix and update product listings using flat files.
– Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently (this task is very minimal for our account)

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in Amazon operations and inventory management.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Excellent analytical skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proficiency in handling flat files and resolving issues with Amazon Seller Support.
– Proficiency in using spreadsheets and word documents.
