Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Manager to support our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an online seller account, be able to handle administrative tasks, and perform personal tasks for the owner. If you’re passionate about pizza and love working in a fast-paced and fun environment, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business, including product listings, inventory management, customer service, and case log management.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Whether it’s helping a customer choose the perfect pizza product or answering questions about our latest products, you’ll be the face of our pizza kitchen essentials brand.
Order and track supplies, manage suppliers, and maintain accurate records. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to keep our business running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Founder to assist with various tasks and responsibilities, both professional and personal. This may include managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, helping with travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Perform research and analyze data to make informed decisions. Whether it’s tracking the latest pizza trends or finding new ways to improve our business, you’ll be a valuable member of the team.
Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timeframe. We want our business to run like a well-oiled pizza oven, and you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
Work Requirements:
Must work during EST daytime hours.
Strong Wi-Fi connection and high-quality webcam.
+1 years of experience as an Amazon Operations Manager or similar role.
+1 years of experience using Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online seller accounts.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. We have a lot on our plate, so we need someone who can keep up!
Strong communication and customer service skills. You’ll be talking to customers every day, so you need to be friendly and professional.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. We’re all in this together, so we need someone who can work well with others.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
