About the Position
We are a leading brand in the audio accessories industry, seeking an experienced Amazon Operations Manager to oversee our Amazon sales channels across North America and Europe. This is a fully remote position with a focus on candidates based in Asia, preferably in the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, or Macao. You will be managing a remote team primarily based in the Philippines, driving our Amazon strategy to new levels of success.
Key Responsibilities
– Amazon Account Management: Direct all activities on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring operational excellence across North American and European markets.
– Team Leadership: Lead and develop a remote team of over 10 members, fostering a culture of productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
– Process and System Implementation: Utilize task management software to enhance team productivity and streamline reporting. Responsible for the removal of all Amazon-related processes from company leadership, implementing new systems for growth.
– Performance Analysis: Leverage Amazon analytics to track performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive sales.
– Advertising Strategy: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, maximizing visibility, and ensuring a high return on investment.
Requirements
– Experience: Minimum of five years of experience with Amazon Seller Central, including managing accounts for European and North American sellers.
– Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing a team of 10+ people, with a track record of achieving high performance and operational goals.
– Remote Management: Proficient in using task management software for daily team management and reporting in a remote work setting.
– Location: Based in Asia, with a preference for candidates in the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, or Macao.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English is mandatory.
– Work Ethic: Looking for candidates who are exceptionally hardworking and driven, with a focus on achieving results. Not suitable for individuals frequently requiring time off.
– Innovation and Growth Mindset: Capable of taking full ownership of the Amazon-related operations, introducing new systems, and facilitating business growth.
