Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Perform all Amazon operational activities with full responsibility.
– Create and optimize new listings for multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, USA) including A+ Premium content for desktop and mobile.
– Have full knowledge and experience of FLAT FILES and optimization.
– Run split testing on product pages.
– Monitor and update Amazon KPIs and Metrics such as unit session %, BSR, daily sessions, and present information.
– Use Amazon ranking and keyword tracking tools like H10 and Jungle Scout.
– Create vouchers, promotions, deals, coupons, and brand-tailored promotions.
– Daily checks on every listing page across all Amazon marketplaces to ensure they are live and working correctly.
– Raise tickets with Amazon support for any issues.
– Stay updated with Amazon regulations, rules, and changes.
– Manage Amazon inventory and create all Amazon FBA Inbound shipments for UK, EU, and USA marketplaces.
– Create commercial invoices for shipments from UK to EU and USA, ensuring correct INCOTERMS (DDP) and consignee/seller information.
– Ensure all Amazon customer inquiries are answered within 24 hours.
– Collaborate with Amazon influencers to promote our brand and products.
– Understand inventory management, supply chain management basics and inbounding shipments and managing logistics for Amazon
– Liase with other team members in our company and stakeholders to understand our overall business and must have good communication skills to work with our TEAM
– Become part of our team full time and grow our business and Amazon marketplaces

**Note:** You will not be required to run any PPC campaigns.

#### Required Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of experience running and managing Amazon listings in multiple marketplaces including EU.
– Proficiency with Amazon tracking software such as H10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, etc.
– Experience using ClickUp, Excel, Canva, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
– Familiarity with Amazon Freight and Amazon Global Logistics.
– Self-starter with the ability to work quickly with minimal oversight.
– Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
– Willingness to take courses to stay updated on new Amazon strategies and excel in the role.
– Experience using Slack and other tools

NOTE: You must be available to work UK LONDON HOURS: 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday 8 hours per day

This is a full time role and we are looking for long term candidate to be apart of our company.

4. Please explain your experience optimising listings and using flat files for Amazon listings
5. Please explain any launch strategies you would recommend when launching new products on Amazon marketplaces. Vine? What else?
