About The Job –
We are currently looking to hire someone to do order purchasing & admin assistance. The primary role of the position will be to purchase products listed in a spreadsheet, applying coupons and cash back, and encoding the order information into the spreadsheet accurately. The secondary role of this position will be to assist in the operations of the business on Amazon. Task examples include monitoring purchases and ensuring delivery from the supplier to the prep center, and from the prep center to Amazon, checking inbound shipping discrepancies, handling stranded inventory, and assisting with solving account health issues. Additional duties will be explained upon hiring.
Compensation –
This is a full time salaried position with benefits. The salary is 20,000 PHP per month, plus up to a 5,000 PHP performance bonus per month for order accuracy. We are also currently offering a one-time sign on bonus of 25,000 PHP. This sign on bonus will be paid out after passing the initial 90 day probation period.
