We seek a motivated Amazon PPC Ads and Digital Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce team at NirvanaShape, which produces and markets equipment for unique outdoor experiences. Our mission is to support people experiencing the incredible feeling of being out in nature. As a Campaign Manager, you will drive traffic, leads, and sales through successful campaigns, focusing on Amazon Ads. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and know the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Essential skills required for this role include:
• Strong understanding of Amazon Ads best practices and campaign types
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms and search engines
• Knowledge of essential KPIs, including click-through rates (CTRs), cost per click (CPC), impression share, and conversion rate
• Ability to drive multi-lingual campaigns
• Proficient in keyword research and creating and implementing bidding strategies
• Major skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in content optimization and ad copywriting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
