Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Ads Specialist to manage Amazon PPC campaigns for our diverse range of clients, including both small and large brands. IMPORTANT: This is not an entry-level position and is ideal for someone with a strong background in PPC, particularly on Amazon. Your role will be crucial in driving our agency’s success, starting on a project basis, transitioning to part-time, and eventually full-time as we grow our client base.

Qualifications:
– 2-4 years of Amazon PPC experience
– Proven track record in enhancing various KPIs such as ROAS, Total Sales Growth, CAC, etc.
– Passionate about eCommerce and continuous learning, with a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
– Excellent organizational, tactical, analytical, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in Excel and data management.
– Experience in working with an Agency is a plus.
– SEO knowledge is beneficial.
– Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
– Experienced in using communication platforms like Slack.

Responsibilities:
– Mastery in Amazon PPC products including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
– Planning, managing, and executing Amazon PPC campaigns for multiple clients.
– Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting bids daily to achieve and surpass KPIs.
– Handling a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring quality communication and weekly updates.
– Providing quarterly performance forecasts and reports to clients and calculating metrics like TACoS.
– Utilizing analytical tools for maximum campaign insights.
– Creating and interpreting performance reports for team collaboration.
– Experimenting with new bidding, ad placement, and management techniques weekly
– Managing campaign risks and losses for continuous testing and experimentation.
– Collaborating with internal and external creative teams for innovative media assets.
– Participating in budget allocation across different channels and platforms.
