Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a track record of developing and delivering effective advertising strategies. The team member should possess a deep understanding of the advertising funnel and demonstrate the ability to think creatively to develop innovative approaches that surpass industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon PPC campaigns.

Utilize the marketing funnel framework to strategically plan and execute campaigns across the customer journey stages.

Creates & Documents targeting strategies to effectively engage customers at various touchpoints along the funnel.

Monitor campaign metrics at each stage of the funnel and analyze data to optimize performance and drive results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives, integrating PPC efforts with other marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Comfortably work within the EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm) to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in utilizing the marketing funnel framework to strategically plan and execute campaigns across the customer journey stages.

Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative advertising strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Advertising, Helium10 Adtomic, and analytics platforms.

Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Continuous learner mindset with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry best practices and trends.

Compensation:

Based on experience.

After completing the first 90 days of service, team members are eligible for the following benefits: birthday leave, 8 Philippines holidays, and 13th-month pay.

Other details:

Remote – Work from Home, with backup power source
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST time zone (7:00-4:00 pm)
