Amazon PPC + Data Analyst

Overview

Cota Global/Mozlly, a leader in the import & distribution of toys, gifts, and souvenir products is seeking a full-time Data Analyst with Amazon PPC experience. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to support a high-caliber supply chain team while developing your skills as an Analyst. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, expert in excel, love to work with data, tech-savvy, and with strong understanding of amazon advertising platform. Requirements
• Microsoft EXCEL – ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST! You must know how to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and more. This is a minimum requirement to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree/in progress – in Math, Computer Science or related field
• 1 year minimum experience in Amazon PPC (THIS IS A MUST)
• Can multi-task and manage to change priorities
• Good follow-through skills
• Ability to prioritize work and self-manage their time
• Work well both independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to work specific hours until fully trained

Responsibilities
• Work with Excel data sheets intensively (manage, structure and consolidate large amounts of data)
• Create new reports with complex formulas / equations through Excel
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring efficiency of proper bid and budget allocation.
• Continuously create and scale new campaigns and with converting keywords
• Research and deep dives on campaign performance by product and keyword targeting.
• Conduct, research, and analyze good/performing keywords and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work well with other tasks and reporting related to e-commerce marketplaces. (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wish, Google Shopping, Etsy, Wayfair)
• Master our multi-channel ERP software to become a power user – training will be provided
• Identify and resolve issues data management
