Job Description

We’re a multinational e-commerce company focused on developing leaders who can scale to $1 billion per year in global sales. We treat our employees like humans (and not like robots) because we believe our people are our greatest assets. Some of our team members started as assistants and now run entire departments with a $14 million/year budget or more in sales.

We are looking for future leaders passionate about moving fast, working on meaningful projects, and advancing their careers. This is not a job for those seeking an easy remote position or who put in the bare minimum. It’s for individuals ready to invest their time and effort into becoming the best version of themselves.

Our Core Values:
Get clarity, then move swiftly.
Go one more than you can give.
Address the root, not the symptom.
Build compounding processes.
Work as a team, and take time to rest

About the Role:
We are on the hunt for a dedicated PPC Manager to become a part of our diverse team, contributing from anywhere in the globe. As a PPC Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing PPC campaigns to strategically drive the ranking of our extensive product catalog on Amazon. You’ll be instrumental in analyzing keyword performance, managing budgets efficiently, and ensuring most of our campaigns are driving ranking.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in managing PPC campaigns
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong Excel skills
Strong communication skills to effectively represent our brand
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and keywords.
In-depth understanding of keyword ranking and budget allocation on Amazon
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Eagerness to stay abreast with the latest trends in Amazon PPC
Willingness to learn, grow, and adhere to our core values.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to enhance the ranking of our large product catalog.
Efficiently allocate budget towards new and existing keywords.
Weekly analysis and reporting of keyword performance and budget expenditure.
Explore and incorporate new keywords to increase the visibility of our 1000+ products.
Work closely with other departments to ensure most of the budget goes toward ranking.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and aligning with our core values.

Benefits:
Opportunity to be part of a talented and supportive team.
Fully remote position with a flexible schedule.
Location independence and observance of local holidays.
A chance to work in a dynamic environment on meaningful projects that make a real impact.
Ample opportunities for growth, advancement, and leadership.

We set high expectations and foster a challenging environment, but rest assured, you will be nurtured and supported in your professional and personal growth every step of the way.

If you are ready to invest in yourself and believe this role aligns with your career aspirations, please proceed with applying and answering the questions below (we disqualify applicants who ignore this step). We are excited to welcome future leaders who are ready to make a difference!

1. What’s the largest Amazon account you’ve worked on? What was the revenue per month? How many SKUs?
2. List all the things you did in that account. List how long you did each thing (in months).
3. Can you work 9 am – 5 pm EST full time?
4. Tell me what makes you want this job vs. any other regular remote job.
