Key Responsibilities:

Understand client objectives to create an ad strategy and structure aligned with their goals.
Develop and launch ad campaigns in a structured and scalable manner.
Utilize our in-house Amazon advertising software to optimize bids, ensuring comprehensive rules and settings for both existing and new campaigns.
Stay current with industry best practices.
Ensure advertising targets and keywords are highly relevant to the promoted product.
Conduct ongoing A/B tests to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.
Monitor not only ad metrics but also seller-side metrics, including top-line sales, TaCoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale), Percentage of Organic/PPC Sales, Keyword Ranking, and Unit Session Percentage.
Generate bi-weekly reports for clients.
Stay informed about Amazon’s advertising policies and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
Document all changes made to campaigns for both learning and organizational purposes.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating account-level budgets efficiently at both the portfolio and campaign levels.
Requirements:

Possess 2+ years of experience, with a strong focus on Amazon Advertising.
Exhibit strong technical skills and comfort with data and processes.
Be adaptable and capable of integrating new tools into existing processes.
Competently manage bulk operations.
Show a genuine interest in growth hacking, eCommerce, and digital marketing, staying updated through reading blogs, listening to podcasts, and implementing new strategies and tactics for the benefit of the client and the team.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain the rationale behind decisions, whether in written or verbal form.
Have experience in Amazon selling or general E-Commerce (Preferred but not Required).
Previous experience working for an Amazon seller or an agency (Preferred but not Required).
Have successfully built or attempted to build a personal brand presence on LinkedIn (Preferred but not Required).
