Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive A-Z support for our Amazon business, with a particular focus on the Sports & Outdoor category. As a PPC expert, you will be responsible for managing our Pay-Per-Click campaigns and optimizing them to drive maximum performance and sales. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in Amazon seller support, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the sports and outdoor industry.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to increase visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
– Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to develop effective PPC strategies.
– Monitor advertising performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
– Continuously optimize product listings, including keyword optimization, enhanced content, and image enhancement, to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
– Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
– Assist in product sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes, leveraging Amazon FBA.
– Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient product replenishment and delivery.
– Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
– Assist in managing customer reviews, addressing negative feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
– Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize business opportunities.
– Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers, content writers, and marketing specialists, to execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively.
Requirements:
– Minimum of three years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Amazon seller support, specifically in the Sports & Outdoor category.
– Proven expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Amazon.
– Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategies.
– Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
– Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Sponsored Products).
– Familiarity with tools and software used for keyword research, analytics, and data analysis (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Google Analytics).
– Knowledge of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices for product listings and advertising.
– Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
