About the job:
As an Amazon PPC Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success in our advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of crucial tasks aimed at maximizing efficiency, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately boosting sales. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Train, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring their professional development and adherence to best practices.
– Coordinate cross-functional training sessions to enhance team expertise in PPC management and campaign optimization.
– Collaborate with senior management to establish performance benchmarks, evaluate team performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
– Develop and refine advertising campaigns to maximize effectiveness, aligning with overall business objectives.
– Lead the implementation of diverse sales and brand awareness strategies, adapting tactics to market trends and consumer behavior.
– Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and stay abreast of market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
– Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
– Streamline and optimize advertising campaigns to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
– Direct keyword research efforts to enhance product listings and drive targeted traffic.
– Strategically allocate high-value keywords to top-performing products to maximize visibility and sales potential.
– Forecast and assess the impact of pay-per-click advertising on keyword rankings and overall campaign performance.
– Monitor competitors’ PPC activities, conducting in-depth keyword research and analysis to inform strategy.
– Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies throughout campaigns to maximize ROI and maintain profitability.
– Develop, test, and implement comprehensive strategies to elevate sales, visibility, and brand awareness through Amazon Sponsored Ads.
– Compile detailed reports, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in Amazon PPC Management and proven experience in scaling up seller accounts.
– Preferably experienced with Amazon platforms in the US, UK, Germany, and Canada
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Experience with Google Ads and Quartile is advantageous, though not mandatory.
– Direct hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns
– Team management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
– Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)
Compensation and Benefits:
– Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
