Scale Wave is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in the branding and expansion of small to medium Amazon Private Label businesses. We integrate PPC Management, Amazon Listing SEO, and other services to provide your brand and listing maximum visibility on the world’s largest e-commerce platform.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Account Manager with expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) management to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, including full account management and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

Full Account Management: Take ownership of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring optimal performance and growth. This includes managing product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and overall account health.

PPC Campaign Management: Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to maximize product visibility, increase sales, and drive traffic. This involves keyword research, bid management, ad creation, optimization, and monitoring campaign performance.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Continuously monitor metrics such as ACoS, conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for PPC campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer search behavior to drive keyword selection.

Campaign Optimization: Regularly optimize PPC campaigns by adjusting bids, refining targeting options, testing ad variations, and improving product listing content. Implement A/B testing methodologies to determine the most effective strategies.

Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to align PPC efforts with broader business goals. Communicate insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Amazon’s policies, algorithm changes, and advertising trends. Continuously expand knowledge of PPC strategies, tools, and best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge techniques.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a fully remote job with a 40-hour workweek. The position comes with a monthly fixed salary starting at $1000/month.

Team Structure: As a Full-Time Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Brand Manager. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product management teams, and have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Tools and Software: You will utilize various tools and software platforms for Amazon account management and PPC campaigns, including Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms (such as Amazon Advertising or Sponsored Products). High proficiency in Google Sheets is required, including the ability to create macros, dashboards, and sort and interpret data. Experience with software such as Data Dive, Helium 10, or similar tools is preferred.

Performance Metrics: You will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, ACoS goals, and campaign ROI benchmarks. Regular reporting and tracking of performance metrics will be required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon account management, specifically focusing on PPC campaigns.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and advertising platforms (such as Amazon Advertising or Sponsored Products).
In-depth understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, ranking factors, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
High proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to create macros, dashboards, and sort and interpret data.
Experience with software such as Data Dive, Helium 10, or similar tools.
Self-discipline and self-management, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Performance-driven mindset, with a passion for data gathering and interpretation to drive campaign success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Report to the Brand Manager, providing regular updates on campaign performance and insights.
