We are currently in search of an Amazon PPC Specialist who will primarily be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and tasks related to Sponsored Product campaigns on the Amazon marketplace. Key responsibilities include tasks such as analyzing search term reports, conducting manual and software-based keyword research, creating and overseeing both manual and automated campaigns, optimizing bids, calculating ACoS, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the tools available within Seller Central, including Exact Keywords, Phrase Keywords, and Negative Keywords.
We are seeking the following skills and qualifications in our ideal Amazon PPC Specialist:
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage ad campaigns and enhance their efficiency.
The ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for educating other VAs and refining inventory processes.
Problem-solving abilities to enhance overall efficiency and tackle inventory challenges.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
Providing a daily email report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Ensuring optimization of every campaign on each product.
Creating new campaigns when necessary.
Maintaining and updating our company’s “Campaign File.”
Monitoring PPC campaigns and providing recommendations.
Organizing existing campaigns and pausing low-performing ones.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in:
Amazon Seller Central PPC management.
Amazon advertising tools.
Amazon DSP.
Given the fast-paced nature of our industry, it’s crucial for our VA to be:
A quick learner.
Detail-oriented.
Diligent in following instructions.
In addition to excellent English skills, you’ll need to be familiar with the following applications (no need to be an expert in all of them):
a. Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, and Scale Insights.
b. Microsoft Word.
c. Microsoft Excel.
d. Microsoft PowerPoint.
e. Gmail and other email applications.
f. Google Docs.
g. Google Sheets.
h. Google Slides.
i. Google Calendar.
j. Communication apps such as ASANA, Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, FB messenger, etc.
k. Inventory management software (Sostocked, Inventorylab).
l. Time management or time tracking software (Clockify, TimeProof).
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $120 bi-weekly for part-time work (20 hours a week). We also provide a 13th-month payment.
A 30-day probationary period will be in place, and most Filipino holidays are honored, excluding All Saints and All Souls Day.
If accepted, you will receive training to familiarize yourself with the products in our catalog. Additionally, as our business expands, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle various tasks.
