Our company is in search of an Amazon PPC Specialist. We are a fast-growing multi-branded Amazon seller currently selling in the US, UK and EU. As the first in-house hire in our PPC team, you will have a central role in leading and managing campaigns, working closely with Brand Managers to maximise product performance.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The candidate who goes above and beyond will see enormous room for growth in this role.

This is a 100% remote Full-Time role, preferably working GMT hours (or an over-lap of hours).

In this role, you will:
• Lead all aspects of Amazon PPC analysis, including, but not limited to, creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly PPC reporting to stakeholders, analysing campaign and keyword performance, pinpointing areas for improvements and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness
• Launch campaigns for new and existing products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display, Headline Search Ads) in the US, UK & EU (DE, ES, IT & FR)
• Stay informed with and execute Amazon Paid Search best practices, trends, and platform updates
• Present best practice ideas to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to optimize conversion and ACoS as well as TACoS
• Develop and test new PPC tactics and strategies
• Learn and critically appraise our PPC processes with a focus on continual improvement

Basic qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Amazon PPC management whether with your own brand, a marketing agency or an Amazon aggregator
• Deep knowledge of using match types and negative keywords
• Comfortable dealing with the complexity of a large number of products with multiple ad campaigns – preferably have experience working for a brand with at least 100 parent SKUs
• Experience in using bulk file uploads to make optimisations
• Attention to detail and always ensures that the information presented is accurate and true
• Strong analytical skills and able to process qualitative and quantitative data from the selling platform and draw insightful conclusions
• Fluency in English is essential, can relay messages and ideas in the simple and direct way
• Self-starter with confidence to build and manage things from scratch
• Excellent excel skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and great in interpersonal skills with team members
• Preferably have an affinity with related tools such as DataDive and Pacvue, but not essential
• Has initiative and is able to think of new ideas which can improve campaigns based on the current trend
