Amazon Price List Scanner, Wholesale, brand direct Sourcing / Assistant VA

Hello,

I am looking for a talented VA with experience in an Amazon business that sources its products via wholesale or directly from brands in Europe. Our goal is to find a long-term employee with at least a basic understanding of the Amazon Wholesale business and knowledge of daily operations. You should be willing to adapt to a new business environment, learn new skills, and bring in your own experience.

To apply, you need:

-Experience in scanning and analysing csv price lists
-Past experience in a wholesale or brand-direct Amazon business in Europe
-Knowledge of how to analyze products using criteria such as ROI, margin, sales, Buybox share, number of other sellers, price, fluctuations, seasonality, IP claims, product dimensions, etc.
-Basic knowledge of Amazon EU (we sell throughout the EU)
-Knowledge on reverse sourcing (not for OA but for Wholesale)

Experience with the following tools is required:
-Keepa
-BuyBotPro or SellerAmp
-Seller Central
-Excel / Google Sheets
-SmartScout (not mandatory but you need to learn it quickly)

Your role will include:

-Analyzing wholesale lists, categorizing products, making order suggestions, and creating Google Sheets with all relevant information
-Analyzing slow-moving products in depth
-Searching for wholesalers using various strategies that you will learn from me (you should have a basic knowledge in this area)
-Searching for small to medium brands in specific niches with SmartScout
-Storefront stalking and finding wholesalers and brands to buy products from
-General assistance in daily business, e.g., communicating with B2B customers, creating offers for B2B customers, answering emails
-Calculating and assembling orders with suppliers
-Setting price alerts in Keepa and Idealo
-Sourcing tradeshows and compiling promising companies into a Google Sheet
-Bringing in your own ideas and suggestions to improve the work atmosphere and maximize efficiency

You must have a stable internet connection!
