Amazon Private Label – Sourcing Manager

Job Description :
Are you passionate about e-commerce, product sourcing, and managing end-to-end supply chain processes? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our new SKU projects, managing relationships with suppliers in China, conducting product research, and optimizing profitability through strategic decisions such as SFP vs FBA. This position also involves SKU creation and naming, close collaboration with the Stock & Listing team, and utilizing data insights from QC reports for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage sourcing initiatives, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products.
• Oversee new SKU projects from conception to implementation, considering factors like quotes, pricing, and potential profit through different fulfillment methods (SFP vs FBA).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in China, negotiating terms and ensuring product quality standards.
• Conduct thorough product research to identify market trends, competitive pricing, and potential opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the Stock & Listing team, providing timely updates and innovative ideas to enhance product listings.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions for process improvement.

Qualification:
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in e-commerce, FBA, and private label.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes, quotes, pricing strategies, and fulfillment methods (SFP vs FBA).
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
