Amazon Private Label – Stock Manager

Job Description :
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for logistics and a passion for maintaining efficient stock levels? We are currently seeking a Stock Manager to join our team. As a Stock Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating restock plans, managing purchase orders (POs), overseeing Quality Control processes, and handling various tasks using tools Tradepeg, and Minstoft. While prior experience with Amazon FBA shipments and stock tracking is advantageous, individuals with strong logistics or exposure to stock tracking are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Generate restock plans and reports, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Conduct Quality Control checks on incoming stock, addressing any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Utilize stock management tools Tradepeg, and Minstoft for efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate stock needs and resolve inventory-related issues.
• Track and analyze stock performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist with other tasks related to stock management and logistics as needed.

Qualification:
• Previous experience in logistics, stock management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA shipments and stock tracking is a plus.
• Proficiency in using stock management tools such as Tradepeg, Minstoft, etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly.
