Previous AMAZON WORKING EXPERIENCE is required.
We are looking for a Product Specialist with previous experience working with Amazon Sellers. The position will require the successful candidate to be highly organized and work hard to outperform the competition.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
–Be responsible for product and account maintenance
–You will upload, edit and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
–You will verify all Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for policy violations or account health warnings.
–To guarantee correct operation and optimization, you will regularly audit all product listings, checking the titles, bullet points, descriptions, prices, keywords, and other product information.
–Within each Amazon marketplace, you will manage, update, and maintain Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content, as well as generate unique promotions.
–You will support effective online marketing initiatives, such as PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, the launch of new items, and the creation of reviews that adhere to Amazon’s Terms of Service.
–You will be kept informed of any platform improvements, new trends, and Amazon’s best practices.
–The Amazon Vendor Central account listing will be managed and maintained by you, including but not limited to frequent listing audits, keyword research and optimization, and listing improvements.
–You will work on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed including, but not limited to, such as solving issues with the assistance of Amazon Seller Support.
–Be in charge of launching new products and relaunching existing products
–Ensure all product listings are prepared and optimized prior to the official launch
–Optimize product listing conversions in all marketplaces
–Manage amazon accounts with a high account health level
–FBA shipment reconciliation – open and track inventory
–Assistance with Amazon Affiliates, Influencers, and Attributions, among other things, as part of the continuous plan and work related to brand expansion.
–Experience with Amazon Japan and UE, Target Plus is a big plus.
About You:
–At least 2-3 years of experience with product management
–Experienced with Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms
–Hands-on experience with product launch campaigns, giveaway campaigns, keyword ranking analysis
–Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
–Excellent verbal communication skills
–Excellent writing skills
–Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
–Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
–Diligent, creative, motivated by oneself, meticulous, and accountable.
–Extremely well-organized and multi-tasking
–Inventive and aggressive in developing and putting into practice new procedures to continuously streamline the department, and regularly offer up fresh concepts.
–Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively
–Must be amenable to work from Mon – Fri 9 am – 6 pm EST
Work From Home Set-Up & Work Schedule. Since this role is 100% remote, we require:
–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be wired on either DSL or FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
–Good external or integrated webcam
