Job Description

As an Amazon Product Correction Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of product listings on the Amazon platform. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of product correction specialists and coordinate their efforts to maintain a high level of product data integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage and lead a team of product correction specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.
– Develop and implement processes and protocols to review and correct product information, including titles, descriptions, images, categorization, and attributes. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and standards.
– Track and monitor key performance metrics related to product correction, such as error rates, turnaround times, and productivity. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
– Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product correction workflows. Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement automation or tools to increase productivity and accuracy.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, content creators, and catalog managers, to address product-related issues and improve data quality. Provide feedback and insights to support the enhancement of internal tools and systems.
– Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies. Develop and maintain documentation of best practices, guidelines, and training materials for product correction processes.
– Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to product corrections, working closely with internal stakeholders and external sellers as necessary. Provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, Amazon policies, and changes in e-commerce practices. Share knowledge and insights with the team to ensure adherence to the latest standards and practices.

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in an e-commerce or product data management environment
– Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform and product listing guidelines
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze and correct large amounts of data accurately
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and tactically
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
– Proficiency in using data analysis tools and familiarity with spreadsheet software
– Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
– Willing to work 9:00am-5:00pm EST
– Willing to use Hubstaff
