ROLE SUMMARY:

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring every product in our catalog hits the ground running with a strategic launch plan, regularly analyzing product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, and conducting thorough product research and validation to keep our product pipeline fresh and exciting. Additionally, you’ll need to quickly identify and resolve any issues that hinder product performance.

Proficiency with numbers and the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions are essential. Your analytical skills and proactive approach to identifying underperformance and developing effective solutions will be crucial. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Performance Management:**
– Update and analyze various tools/datasets related to product performance on Amazon.
– Keep a record of weekly sales performance metrics and analyze them against weekly targets.
– Maintain a dashboard/scorecard for all products on Amazon to outline their success or failure.
– Prepare monthly performance reports outlining product performance against forecasts.
– Devise plans with Brand Managers to troubleshoot performance issues.
– Conduct routine Product Performance Audits and regular keyword research & gap analysis.
– Maintain a Listing Change Log and assist with listing SEO.
– Stay updated with Amazon deals and promotions, keeping the brand’s store current.
– Execute voucher/promotion strategies to increase Subscribe & Save customers and improve AOV & LTV.
– Collaborate with the PPC Manager during product launches, providing necessary data.
– Determine when products should be discontinued and capital reinvested.
– Update products on Amazon to boost SKU performance and keep up with product iterations.

**Product Launch Preparation:**
– Conduct competitor research and outside Amazon competitor analysis.
– Create secondary image mood boards and execute A/B testing for images.
– Assist with defining product features, benefits, and USPs.
– Complete data-driven keyword research and create new product flat files for uploads.
– Assist in building A+Premium content and video uploads on Amazon.
– Calculate niche CVR and assist in setting launch targets.
– Add products to different tools and troubleshoot issues.
– Assist in setting pricing strategies for new product launches.
– Support PPC manager with launch tracking and troubleshooting.

**Product Research:**
– Regularly ideate new product concepts and stay updated with industry trends.
– Validate ideas using Inspiriko’s product validation framework.
– Present validated ideas for further validation and sourcing.
– Keep the product pipeline updated to ensure continuous launches.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

– Achieve set targets for daily sessions, CVR, sales, revenue, ad spend, and profit for every SKU.
– Maintain systems to solve downward trends in SKU performance.
– Keep various dashboards with elaborate notes for future product launches and problem resolution.
– Exceed minimum profitability standards for all products.
– Run split tests with the intent to boost revenue and profit.
– Expand the product pipeline with validated product ideas.
– Ensure routine product launches and timely data delivery to the PPC Manager for rapid product launches.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
– At least 2 years of experience in Amazon-related roles, ideally driving sales and profitability.
– Detail-oriented and analytical with proven experience in improving product performance on Amazon.
– Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
– Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
– Strong project management skills and eagerness to learn.
– A keen understanding of all data points related to SKU performance and actions to improve metrics.
– Highly organized with the ability to create Excel reports/templates/pivot tables.
– Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
– Ability to plan and execute strategies independently aligning with organizational goals.
– Proficiency in Slack, Excel, Google, MS Office, and Loom.
