**About the role:
**The eCommerce Listing Specialist is responsible for creating a streamlined layout, writing content to describe products, optimizing copy for online search, researching new opportunities and improving older listings to increase sales and ratings. This position requires a lot of independent research and the ability to do a similar task multiple times a day, time management and creativity are necessary. We push for new ideas and growth. You must be well grounded, willing to learn, innovative, and a team player who can grow and add value to our company.

As an eCommerce Listing Specialist, your essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Create listings from scratch including photos and detailed product descriptions.
Research product details.
Research competitor listings.
List products on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc).
Assist other departments and peers with their listings details.
Other duties assigned.
You will bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
eCommerce experience (eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
General knowledge of computers and mobile devices – Apple products are a plus!
Highest standards of accuracy and precision as well as excellent organizational skills.
Time management skills and ability to build reports on tasks if requested.
Self-motivation and strong research skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to clearly communicate with different levels in the organization.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.
Proficiency in use of
Google Workspace apps such Gmail and Sheets.
Microsoft Suite apps such as Excel and relevant software.
CRM and relevant software is a plus!
Strong work ethic and a high sense of urgency is required.
Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently.
