WE ARE HIRING FOR A FULLTIME Amazon Product Listing Manager
In this role, you will:
– Keyword Research: Identifying and utilizing the most effective keywords for each product to enhance visibility and rank higher in Amazon’s search results.
– Product Listing Creation and Optimization: Creating new product listings with compelling and informative descriptions, and other necessary details. The manager will use SEO techniques to optimize titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to improve search visibility and conversion rate.
– Product Categorization: Properly categorizing products to ensure they appear in the correct search results and customers can find them easily.
– Enhanced Brand Content Management: Creating and managing Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), also known as A+ content, to enhance brand story and product features, leading to higher conversion rates.
– Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyzing competitor listings, pricing, and sales techniques to stay competitive in the market.
Pricing Management: Regularly reviewing and updating product pricing based on various factors such as competition, costs, and demand.
– Reporting: Regularly reporting on product performance, sales, rankings, reviews, and any other pertinent information.
– Policy Compliance: Ensuring all listings are in compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. This includes staying up-to-date with any changes Amazon makes to these policies.
– Troubleshooting and Resolution: Working to resolve any issues that arise with product listings, such as listing errors, customer complaints, or disputes with Amazon.
Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Activities
– Monitoring listing performance for existing products
– Schedule and roster item performance evaluations
– Running AB test variations
– Manage product details on the master product list
– Manage product details in Amazon Seller Central
– Using Data Dive to optimize Amazon listings
– Monitoring competitor listings for:
– Price and content changes
– Ranking performance
– Review ratings
– Reporting on product performance in terms of organic search ranking and conversion rate and making recommendations for improvements
– Actioning the change recommendations where appropriate
Ad-Hoc Activities
– Set up of new products
– Arranging photo shoots of new products
– Updating A+ content to improve listing conversion rate
– Updating the Amazon storefront as required
– Raising support cases with Seller Support for any product listing-related issues such as listing suspension and following through to resolution
– Identify any new compliance requirements for the products and take necessary actions to ensure compliance or, if that is not possible, make recommendations on what needs to be done to maintain compliance.
About You:
Core qualifications:
– Ideally have worked in a similar listing optimization role for at least 1-year minimum.
– Very familiar with all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including:
– Setting up new products using spreadsheet uploads
– Creating and managing A+ content
– Running A/B tests
– Updating the Amazon storefront pages
– Working with Amazon search query reports
– Working with Seller Support to resolve issues
– Good working knowledge of Google Sheets
– Experience with using Data Dive for product research, keyword research, listing optimizations
– Had previous experience in coordinating with photographers/graphic designers and possibly also copywriters to develop product listings
– Self-motivated and disciplined and able to work independently
