Hello!
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant in an ongoing position primarily to create entire product pages on , as well as help with special projects of various kinds. Tasks will include researching similar product pages, finding applicable keywords, writing titles, and descriptions, compiling data to create the final product page, and then troubleshooting to ensure the final page is displayed correctly. Software and detailed training are available for successful candidates.
In addition, when not building product pages, you will be asked to help with various other tasks, such as pulling inventory reports, ordering products from suppliers, helping hire employees, overseeing freelancers, editing written words for accuracy, helping with social media management, etc… Detailed training will be available for all these tasks.
This position will start as Part-Time as needed and may eventually grow to a Full-Time position as you take on more responsibilities.
Please note: If hired for this position, Hubstaff software will record work hours and computer activity and take random screenshots of your computer monitor while you are clocked in.

Be able to work at least 2 hours per day while a project is available

ABOUT THE POSITION
Here is what you will be doing in this job:
Research similar product pages
Find and then weave keywords into the writing of titles and descriptions
Compile all information into the final product page template
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Once hired you will have access to special software and training that will make the job easier
Other Special Projects will require similar skills as above
Work on an as-needed basis (you will receive sufficient advance notice)
Work 5-20 hours per week, on average, and this will likely increase over time
Flexible work schedule and Freedom to choose your work times, within a pre-set due date period
Most due dates will be 2 days in the future. So you will receive notice of a project and then have 2 days to complete the project at your leisure.
