We are two hard working sellers that want to share the experience of an Amazon Sourcing specialist. Both of us have been doing our own sourcing but need assistance now so that we can work to grow our businesses.

We each have goals to meet this year to enable us to establish a full-time income. That means we need to buy lots of great selling products.

We plan to hire as soon as we find the right VA partner to work with us to meet these goals.

Our time is very limited, so we don’t have time to train someone who does not have years of hands-on day to day experience supplying profitable product leads

We have both spent the last year in intense educational training about how to build a successful Ecommerce business and we are serious about moving forward quickly. This means we are planning to do this for the long term.

Here are our guidelines so read carefully and if you qualify and agree, answer the questions at the end.

1) You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing profitable products for Amazon Sellers. That does not mean you apply because you learned how to source 2 years ago but have never had a job. You must have worked for two years or more doing the job successfully.

2) References preferred- we want to know about your success working with others and what you have been doing. Your profile / CV should state when and who you worked for to show minimum 2 years of working experience.

3) We need someone that can work some during the day on US Eastern time within the time frame of 8am to midnight just to overlap some time with us in morning or late evening.

4) One seller does FBA and wants to work and be available during the morning 8-1pm 5 hours a day Monday -Thursday US EST time to total 20 hours. If you can be available to talk any time during that time frame that is great.

5) The other seller is selling FBM and has flexible hours between 10am and 12 midnight EST Monday -Friday total 20 hours with some availability on the weekends. Likes to use What’s App texting.

6) We each have our own written sourcing criteria to use that must be met for profitable selling.
We require a minimum of 35 products sourced per week each (20 hours) with 70% approved for buying, 7 out of every 10 product leads.

After two weeks of working with us we would expect you could meet that requirement. The criteria will be available to review before any job is offered/accepted.

7) We supply access to Keepa, ASINZEN, AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL, SELLER AMP, INVENTORY LAB, and google documents. These google documents integrate with Amazon and ASIN data that will auto Fill the research spreadsheet with about 50% of the PRODUCT data required, which saves a lot of data entry time.
This time saving allows you more time to work on product research.

8) Check in and check out by skype, what’s app or email is required daily.

9) At the end of your daily shift you will submit the leads you have sourced. Once a week or so we want to meet with you to review and be available for any questions you might have.

10) You must have reliable internet with back up and have consistent VPN.

11) We will pay weekly using either paypal or sendwave.

12) If you pass our application screening, we may ask you to take a sourcing test before we interview.
