We are an established e-commerce company with over 10 years of experience specializing in women’s personal care and health supplements. We operate multiple private label brands, primarily selling on Amazon, with a focusing on scaling the product line and sales with data-driven decisions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Researcher and Operations Virtual Assistant to support both our business operations and personal planning tasks. This full-time remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong capabilities in detailed research, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently. The role requires full commitment and aligns with Pacific Standard Time, with working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM PST Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

Research and Detailed Planning Tasks:
• Amazon Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends and competitor strategies on Amazon. Organize data into spreadsheets for in-depth analysis to guide our strategic decisions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets to analyze sales data and customer behaviors, extracting actionable insights to optimize our strategies.
• Executive Support: Conduct research to plan travel, including flights, activities, and dining options. Prepare detailed options for family event planning. Investigate and propose solutions for children’s extracurricular activities and household needs, ensuring each recommendation is detailed and well-considered.

Operations Tasks:
• Amazon Sourcing and Inventory Management: Oversee the sourcing of new products and ensure existing inventory is maintained. Manage multiple component orders with precision to guarantee sufficient stock levels for timely replenishment.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor Amazon reviews, engage with customers to resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements:
• Proven experience and familiarity in Amazon operations, with a focus on market research and product sourcing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of creating complex pivot tables and managing large datasets.
• Experience with Helium10, Helium 10, keyword research, listing copywriting, ChatGPT, Claude a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to produce clear and detailed reports.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
• Salary: Negotiable

Work Setup:
• Remote position requiring full alignment with Pacific Standard Time working hours (8 AM to 4 PM PST) Monday-Friday.
