Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant / Product Research Specialist to help us manage our product catalog on Amazon. This role involves handling catalog management, troubleshooting, SEO, basic design tasks, and more. The company is USA based and sells wholesale / FBA. The job will require working on NY- EST from 9am – 5pm (First Month at least)
Key Responsibilities:
-Product Research / Bundles: Develop and implement strategies for creating compelling product bundles on Amazon, including identifying complementary products, optimizing bundle configurations, and ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. Find popular products, do market research, and find reliable suppliers. Must have experience with bundling products after intensive product research and keyword search.
-Wholesale Product Lists: Scan through product list to find profitable products
-Catalog Management: Create and improve product listings, manage variations, upload images and videos, and run promotions.
-Catalog Troubleshooting: Fix issues like listing problems, updates, inactive listings, and managing inventory.
-Amazon SEO: Research keywords, improve product listings, and boost search rankings to increase sales.
-Design (Basic): Create product images, basic A+ content, and social media visuals.
-Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, reorder products, and manage inventory.
-Account Maintenance: Follow Amazon rules, keep our account in good shape, and use best practices to grow.
Qualifications:
-Experience with e-commerce, especially on Amazon.
-Organized and pays attention to details.
-Knows how to use Amazon Seller Central, SEO tools, A+ Content, and basic design software.
-Good communication skills, both writing and talking.
-Can work alone or with others in a remote job.
-Must have experience with bundling products after intensive product research and keyword search.
-English Score must be B2 or better
Feedback:
-Monitoring Performance: Regularly review metrics such as sales data, customer reviews, and product rankings on Amazon to assess performance.
-Identifying Trends: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities for product bundles.
-Communication: Provide constructive feedback to team members regarding product listings, marketing strategies, and customer interactions.
-Implementing Changes: Collaborate with the team to implement changes based on feedback received, ensuring continuous improvement in product offerings and customer satisfaction.
-Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing feedback trends, actionable insights, and recommendations for enhancing product listings and overall performance on Amazon.
