Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Amazon Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive research into Amazon sales, products, and data to identify high-potential, profitable products with low competition across specific categories. Your insights will shape our business strategies and maximize growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Amazon marketplace data using software like JungleScout, Helium 10, AMZScout, and other research tools to identify emerging product trends, consumer behavior patterns, and areas of growth across various categories.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify products with low competition and high potential for growth and profitability.
• Prepare and present findings to key leadership through clear presentations, visualizations, and statistical data to support actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Evaluate selected products’ profitability and potential ROI through in-depth financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to implement strategies that maximize product visibility and market penetration.
• Monitor ongoing product performance and market dynamics, recommending adjustments to product strategies as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, new features, and market shifts to proactively identify opportunities or challenges.
• Assist in setting up and managing product listings to ensure optimization for maximum sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and Amazon marketplace dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) and familiarity with Amazon-specific research tools such as JungleScout, Helium 10, AMZScout, and others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations backed by data and visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Preferred but not required:
• Experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
• Knowledge of Amazon’s advertising and search optimization practices.
• Familiarity with various Amazon selling models (FBA, FBM, etc.) and product compliance requirements.
