Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Product Development Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative products, and crafting effective go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for product entry.
Collaborate with procurement and brand management team to develop new differentiated products with defensible unique selling points
Formulate comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.
Maintain and manage the product development pipeline, ensuring timely progression and development.
Assist in the coordination and execution of product launches.
Monitor and track ROI of new product launches, providing detailed reports and insights.
Troubleshoot and address issues related to poor product launch performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Establish, maintain, and apply market validation criteria and competitive analysis to product development framework
Organize market and product research data in a user-friendly manner
Skills Requirements:
Proven experience in product development, market research, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to identify trends and opportunities.
Proven experience with market identification and product launching on Amazon
Preferred: Experience with product development in a digital CPG / supplement company
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative product solutions.
Proficient in using analytical tools and software for research and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
