We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Amazon Product Researcher & ACES Catalog Manager to join our dynamic, all-online team.
Job Description:
As an Amazon Product Researcher & ACES Catalog Manager, your primary responsibilities will include conducting competitor research, product research and validation, managing our catalog’s SKU vehicle compatibility/fitment data, and becoming proficient with the MyFitment software. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate fitment data, handling necessary updates, and resolving customer issues as they arise. Training on using MyFitment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain ACES standard compatible vehicle data and manage our catalog’s compatibility data.
• Organize fitment data accordingly within Google Drive.
• Manage our catalog’s compatibility data on MyFitment.
• Work with the team to add/edit fitment data from customer feedback.
• Use flat file uploads to make changes to our catalog.
• Conduct thorough competitor and product research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing listings.
• Compile reports from various sources and provide biweekly reports to our partners.
• Collaborate with the team to address any issues or discrepancies in fitment data.
• Maintain accuracy in matching Manufacturer Part Numbers and brand codes as listed on Amazon.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in working with Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Amazon listings and automotive parts is a plus.
• Experience with ACES format and automotive parts compatibility data is preferred.
• Proficiency in Helium10 / Titan tools and Amazon Seller Central.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Requirements:
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps (please provide a screenshot of your internet speed test via Koola Speed Test).
• A computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 8th generation processor.
• Minimum of 8GB RAM.
