Job Title: Amazon Product Researcher/Sourcer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Product Researcher/Sourcer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing profitable products to sell on Amazon’s marketplace. You will conduct research, Analyze price sheets and supplier catalogs to identify products with competitive pricing and favorable profit margins.

Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive market research to identify trending products and niches with high demand and low competition.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify profitable product opportunities.
Utilize various tools and software to perform product research, including Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa.
Analyze price sheets and supplier catalogs to identify products with competitive pricing and favorable profit margins.
Source potential products from suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
Evaluate product viability and profitability, considering factors such as sales rank, competition, and profit margins.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product samples and conduct quality inspections.
Create detailed product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords optimized for search ranking and conversion.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize listings and improve sales.
Stay informed about industry trends, Amazon policies, and marketplace changes to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

Qualifications:

minimum of 2 years experience in product research, sourcing, or related roles, particularly within the e-commerce industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace policies and best practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
