Job Description

Job Description: Online Arbitrage (Amazon) Sourcing Specialist
We are looking for a skilled, full-time Sourcing Specialist with modest (less than 3 years) experience/exposure supporting US-Based Amazon-selling companies. We are seeking a long-term employee to grow with us, taking on additional responsibilities over time.
Your Professional Attributes
Please consider applying if this sounds like you:
• You love detail and have excelled in the past on projects where attention to detail separated performance.
• You are described as having above-average energy levels. Your friends and family often comment on your ambitions and abundant energy.
• Your work ethic is hard to duplicate. When your peers post on social media how easy something is, you shake your head and walk away. Everything you’ve obtained and believe you ever will obtain – in your experience – comes from hard work similar to what a boy or a girl who grew up on a farm might experience.
• Your character is the most important thing (professionally) to you. You aspire to be known as a man or woman who can be trusted, and who’s word is true.
If these sound like you and the kind of business to which you’re drawn, read on.
Responsibilities

Sourcing products for resale on Amazon. Techniques include:
o Manual Sourcing
o Keepa Product Finder Sourcing
o Reverse Sourcing (i.e., “storefront stalking”)
• Documenting leads via Google Sheets
• Other sourcing-related administrative duties as assigned

Required / Desired Experience

You must have a fast, stable internet connection and your own laptop. You should also invest in a 2nd monitor to be effective in this role if you do not already have 1-2 additional monitors separate from your laptop.

Please provide a speed test snapshot of your internet speed in your application.

Expectations for Your Performance

• We expect you to snag / screen shot the Keepa charts of your leads and be able to explain WHY each lead is a potential good buy. For the first month, it is FAR more critical that you be able to explain your reasoning than it is your reasoning be right. In other words, if you think you will join a leads list and pass that off as your work, you will be dismissed. We are only interested in intelligent, independent, creative thinkers who will learn and grow.
• We expect you to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We expect you to uncover dozens of leads per week. What is most important to us is the profitability of the leads. Not every lead will be purchased; that’s ok. The leads with a potential of several hundred dollars of net profit per month will be purchased and maximizing the number of these leads should be your focus.

What You Can Expect From Us
• Access to world-class training
• Checklists and Standard Operating Procedures
• Regular, weekly debriefs on leads uncovered along with clear, timely feedback on why the lead was good, just “ok”, or not-so-great. The goal is for you to learn quickly in month one and become a key contributor to our growth within the first 6 months of your hire.
• Access to Partners via What’s App and/or Discord and/or Slack
• Access to software tools you’ll need (Keepa, SellerAmp, Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets)

Benefits
• Flexible work schedule – it does not matter when you work as long as A) we know when you’re online and when you’re not and B) your results meet expectations
• Bi-Weekly Payment (fixed based on experience) – no need to track hours unless you need to work more than 40 for a special project
• Flexible Time Off if requested
• A bonus plan after the initial 6 months of training, based on SKU profitability for items you’ve sourced that have helped grow our businesses.
