Amazon Product Researcher UK (Sourcing)

This is a remote position. We use Time Tracking Software.

It is a requirement of this role that you do not work for anyone else while employed by us.

No experience is required as we would be providing free in-depth training to equip the chosen candidate with the required competencies to perform the role effectively. During this time you will receive full 7-day FREE training.

THE ROLE

The Product Researcher plays a crucial role in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization.

The main function is to find products from online supplier websites that could be sold through Click to view, using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on investment.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy;
Search, analyse, and evaluate online suppliers and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behaviour, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic);
Create product mix strategy, considering stock levels per peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time;
Analyse profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends as well as pricing strategy, using various tools such as Keepa, FBA Multi-Tool, BuyBotPro, and SAS;
Track and analyse trends on products consumption; and
Other related tasks in support of business operations.

A fast and stable internet connection (at least 15 MBPS) and with a back-up internet (eg pocket wifi)
