Are you a rockstar Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist? Then we want YOU!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing suppliers and products for our Amazon marketplace. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for market trends, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective sourcing.
market analysis to identify trending products and opportunities.
prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
with logistics and inventory teams to optimize supply chain processes.
all products meet regulatory and Amazon compliance standards.
effectively with suppliers via PHONE and email.

Qualifications:

’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
experience in product sourcing and supplier management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to speak with suppliers over the phone.
in data analysis and familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central.
to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of
them.

b. Helium 10 , Jungle Scout, Keepa
c. Microsoft Word/Excel
d. Microsoft Powerpoint
e. Gmail and other email applications
f. Google Docs
g. Google Sheets
h. Google Slides
i. Google Calendar
j. Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, ASANA, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc.
k. Inventory management software (Sostocked, Inventorylab)
l. Time management or time tracking software (Clockify, TimeProof)

This is a part-time position, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday.

Compensation: $120 bi-weekly for part-time work (20 hours a week). We also provide a 13th-month payment.

A 30-day probationary period will be in place, and most Filipino holidays are honored, excluding All Saints and All Souls Day.

If accepted, you will receive training to familiarize yourself with the products in our catalog. Additionally, as our business expands, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle various tasks.
