Previous AMAZON WORKING EXPERIENCE is required.
We are looking for a Product Specialist with previous experience working with Amazon Sellers. The position will require the successful candidate to be highly organized and work hard to outperform the competition.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
–Be responsible for product and account maintenance
–Be in charge of launching new products and relaunching existing products
–Ensure all product listings are prepared and optimized before the official launch
–Optimize product listing conversions in all marketplaces
–Manage Amazon accounts with a high account health level
–Collect and analyze data
–Experience and ability to deal with Amazon catalog team, open cases, and disputes both on the
phone and in writing (must have good speaking and written skills)
–Flat file expert
–Listing optimization/improvement
–Technical knowledge of building A+/ EBC product pages (we will supply creatives and copy)
–Experience in auditing Amazon fees, reconciling and opening cases, and keeping track of
reimbursements
–FBA shipment reconciliation – open and track inventory
–Reporting – Amz alerts – listing changes, negative reviews
–Monitoring competition for infringements, new sellers, price changes, etc.
–Tracking changes, analyzing sessions and conversions, and reporting to management with
possible improvement solutions.
–Create and maintain up-to-date records of SOPs, listing performance, and other product details
–Perform other duties as assigned
About You:
–At least 2-3 years of experience in product management
–Prior experience with Amazon is required
–Experience using Sellerise & Data Dive would be beneficial
–Well-versed in all of the components of the Campaign Manager
–Hands-on experience with product launch campaigns, giveaway campaigns, keyword ranking
analysis
–Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
–Excellent verbal communication skills
–Excellent writing skills
–Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
–Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
–Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines
–Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
–Ability to assess any relevant situations and propose possible solutions
–Take the initiative, drive suggestions and solutions
–Must be amenable to work from Mon – Fri 9 am – 6 pm EST
Work From Home Set-Up & Work Schedule. Since this role is 100% remote, we require:
–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be wired on either DSL or FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i3 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred
