Job Description

THE ROLE
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in our Amazon FBA Business.
The main function is to ensure that product launch & timeline is on schedule.
The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Manage Timeline
-Product Launch
-Product Listing Creation & Optimisation & SEO (Upload images, title,bullet points, description, image text, search terms, backend terms, mobile ready)
-Product Research (Identify profitable product opportunities)
-Liaising with other Team members (Logistics, Sample, Product photo, Packaging Design, carton box size, SKUDROP Labels, QC)
-Inventory Restock
-Tracking own and competitors listing
-Weekly Meeting (Fridays 4pm-430pm Google Meet) (Agenda: To Do List Done or not done based on timeline, problems that needs to be solved, Decision Making, Struggles you face, -Constant Communication throughout the week on whatsapp
-Writing down all the Costs/Expenses in CNY & USD for a product (Google Sheets)
-Daily Email ( 1)What did you do today? 2)What problems did you face today? 3)What help can i give you? 4)What do you plan to do tomorrow?
THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
Hard skills:
-1-2 Yrs experience with AMAZON FBA Private Label
-Understand & familiar with Amazon FBA Processes.
-Familiar with Amazon seller central interface.
-Familiar with Jungle Scout software.
-Well versed in FBA Product Research
Soft Skills:
-Research Skills particularly online search
-Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, including Data Analytics;
-Planning Skills/Time Management;
-Technology Skills – Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg WhatsApp, wechat, google meet)
-Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written; Presentation Skills
-Detail Oriented
-Results-driven;
-Willingness to perform various functions; and
-With high regard for Integrity, Excellence, Continuous Learning, and Creative Thinking/Innovation.
-Proactive & takes initiative
THE REQUIRED TOOLS
Desktop/laptop – computer specs:
Processor – i5 or higher
RAM – 8 GB or higher
A fast and stable internet connection (at least 5 MBPS)
Noise-canceling headphones
Web camera
Google meet for video calls
Quiet and professional work station
Google account to share documents (Google drive, word, sheets)
Test Requirements:
1. Go to / and take a screenshot of your test results and attach it.
2. Please do 1 quick potential product research overview. Take screenshots of important information and put it in a PowerPoint to explain how you derived this potential product. (Why you think it has potential)
