Amazon Project Manager

What are we looking for:

MultiplyMii is in search of a Project Manager who will work with our client partner – an e-commerce aggregator operated by Amazon FBA entrepreneurs. In just over six months, they have already positioned themselves as the Amazon aggregator within the Nordic region by offering FBA-Amazon entrepreneurs a better deal, building greener brands, and leveraging on synergies between all of their brands.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, and assigning team members to specific tasks.

The role is also a lot about reaching out to various stakeholders and holding meetings of your own to execute and achieve results.

The person needs to be available to work alongside the client a few hours per day via google meet to learn WHAT he does and HOW he wants things done. This is a lot about listening and observing. The client needs the person to be available for 6 hours per day during Swedish business hours. Preferably 10-16 CET time (not critical but would be good). The client wants to be able to communicate daily with this person.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Identifying, developing, and implementing the long and short-term strategic direction and plans.
– Helping with planning and implementing the business strategies, plans, and procedures with clear objectives for the company’s performance and growth.
– Manage small teams to manage an FBA-based business or set of SKUs
– Develop marketplace performance analysis and reporting capability, including dashboard development, analysis, and reporting
– Creation and management of the certain SOP
– Prepare and assist the client through periods of acquisition integration.
– Partner with the leadership team on some operational and strategic issues as they arise
– Provide strategic recommendations to the Commercial Project Lead based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
– Write and submit reports to the client in all matters of importance

About You:

– 3+ years’ experience in Project Management
– Has solid experience in Seller Central
– Ability to delegate tasks, implement projects, creating SOPs, and meet the deadline
– Attends weekly meetings and is comfortable with using different systems
– Problem solver, organized, not afraid to ask questions
– Has a good and positive attitude, and a proactive/self-driven approach
– Attention to detail and striving for perfection at the core of your being
– Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to join a growing company.
– Experience using tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, MS Excel, and GSuite
