Amazon Project Manager

Who we are:
? We are an an e-commerce home goods brand. We are pre-launching on Amazon, and Shopify. We are a small business team of 3 people based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
? Organize, update, and maintain gantt charts for all product listing related tasks like keyword research, listing copy, image creation, PPC campaign creation, and miscellaneous post launch changes.
? Maintain and organize tasks through a project management software Slack
? Manage a team of remote employees by delegating tasks on a daily basis and checking off submitted work across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify)
? Provide progress updates on a weekly basis to the executive team about recent launches, product performance, and overall progress.

Requirements and Experience:
? Extreme detail orientation, you are the final check and should be comfortable checking over and proofreading work.
? Experience managing tasks via project management software for multiple users.
? Experience working in e-commerce with an emphasis on Click to view. Experience with Shopify is a plus as well.
? Strong Google Workspace skills
? Relevant E-commerce Experience:
? Starting and running your own Amazon or E-commerce business
? Working for an E-commerce management agency
? Experience with listing copywriting, e-commerce SEO, DataDive, JungleScout, Bard AI
Proficiency using DataDive, JungleScout, Bard AI, and Seller Central

? Previous or current Amazon selling experience is a huge plus. (We are totally fine with you running a side business as long as it doesn’t interfere with your full-time obligations)
? Must be passionate about learning the ins and outs of selling on Amazon
? Self-motivated and able to work proficiently in a remote environment.
? A genuine interest in home goods that serve people
