We’re seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Assistant to ensure our product listings are healthy on Amazon across multiple markets. Your responsibilities can be summarized into three main areas:

Job Responsibility:
Perform daily listing quality checks to ensure the listing is healthy.
Efficiently address and resolve listing-related issues
Provide responsive support through various communication channels.
Meet and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance workflow efficiency.
Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in any Amazon-related work.
– Able to work from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm GMT+8.
– Proficiency in resolving listing issues, navigating Amazon Seller Central, and using flatfiles.
– Strong attention to detail and adherence to listing compliance.
– Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of tasks.
– Good command of English.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Excel and Google Suites.
– Consistently meet KPIs and maintain high work standards.
– Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with a stable internet connection.
– Familiarity with HubStaff for tracking.
– No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.
