Job Description

There are several pre-requisites for this role, please only apply if you meet these criteria, and confirm this in your application:

– Excellent spoken English (The role will involve telephone conversations with our Amazon Account Manager and Suppliers)
– A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formula creation and pivot tables
– Excellent organisation skills, preferably with some project management experience previously (not essential)

We’re are a UK based company with UK & EU SC Accounts and on the lookout for an Amazon E-commerce Virtual Assistant with extensive knowledge and experience of managing an Amazon Seller Central Account, including product listing / listing tools, account management and KPI monitoring to maintain required account standards.

Job Description:
As our E-commerce Virtual Assistant / Amazon Store Manager, the role is to ensure that our Amazon store runs like a well-oiled machine. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love all things e-commerce, this role is made for you. We are recruiting several people, so please put ‘Amazon VA’ in the subject of the application.

Responsibilities:
– Attend weekly call with Amazon, take actions away and carry these out before the next meeting.
– Listing Management: Create and optimise product listings on Amazon, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
– Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, particularly to monitor stock which is not selling.
– Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement
– Working with Amazon internal departments to complete listing translation for EU listings from UK

Essential Experience:
– ** Attention to detail and strong organisational skills is a priority
– Experience in managing a large Amazon store on a full time basis.
– Strong understanding of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently if required.
