Position: Amazon Seller Central Administrator for FBA wholesale (Inventory Manager)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Administrator and Inventory Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is essential in driving the success of our organization within the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal sellable stock levels and ensuring smooth SKU sell-through rates. This will involve analyzing crucial metrics such as sales velocity, profit, sales rank, return on investment, product availability from suppliers, and seasonal product changes. Your expertise in tools like Keepa, Seller Amp, Sellerboard, and Bqool will be utilized to evaluate profitability trends and set effective pricing strategies. You will also be responsible for forecasting and reorder skus.

Key Duties include, but are not limited to:

Regularly monitor product pricing and make adjustments to optimize sales.
Efficiently manage product creation and reorder POs based on stock levels, sell-through rates, peak seasons, special events, and supplier lead time.
Analyze SKU performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
Keep track of product consumption trends to proactively meet customer demands. Develop shipment plans using a 2D workflow.
Handle customer messages, Amazon claims, and customer feedback.

Requirements/Competencies:

Required Tools:
To ensure efficient performance, the following tools and equipment are required:

Desktop/laptop with recommended specs: Processor – i5 or higher, RAM – 8 GB or higher.
Fast and stable internet connection (minimum 5 MBPS) with a backup option (e.g., pocket wifi).
Noise-canceling headphones.
Web camera for video calls.
Zoom for video communication.
A quiet and professional workstation.
