JOB Profile: Amazon Seller Central and Listing Manager
To work with the DOJA Leadership Team within the brand division. Daily tasks include
Finding ways to improve client’s catalogue to boost sales
Catalogue Management: A+ content, stores, variations
Send business reports to our clients by following a simple SOP and template
Communicate business recommendations provided by leadership team and Amazon Seller Central
Collaborate with the DOJA team: Virtual Assistant partners, leadership and clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Portal management on Amazon Seller Central, understand and forward provided recommendations
Provide daily communications to our clients via slack
-Understand Amazon Seller Central reports, follow a simple SOP to merge data into a unified Microsoft excel report
-Support the DOJA leadership team to develop processes and workflows that help deliver amazing client experiences
-Collaborate with other DOJA virtual assistants, requesting new tasks to different workstreams and subject matter experts
-Log tasks and communicate progress to the DOJA leadership team
Experience Requests
– Previous work on Amazon Seller Central
– Uploading listings via flat files
– Improving Amazon products
– Remote working with an overseas company: able to collaborate and discuss actions via the following tools: slack and google meet.
– Able to review data in Microsoft Excel
Education
– Graduated from school and university
Skills
– Data analysis
– Able to follow and improve SOPs
– Microsoft Excel formatting
– Use personal initiatives to provide improved processes to the DOJA team
– Communication skills via slack
– Proven ability to solve business challenges
