We are looking for a brand analysis virtual assistant (VA) who has expert-level experience with Google sheets, Amazon Seller Central, and data analysis. The VA will use Google sheets and analysis extensively along with Amazon Seller Central reporting and auditing tools to audit and analyze Amazon seller-client accounts. We’re looking for a VA who is an expert at navigating Amazon Seller Central to download reports and data-sets, loves and knows how to overcome challenges, growth-oriented, technologically savvy, proficient in supply chain and logistics, and has some Amazon PPC knowledge. You don’t have to be an expert in all of these areas, but need to have hands-on experience and knowledge of them. Having prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
* Learn our Amazon client / account brand analysis (BA)
* Use your previous experience to quickly navigate through Amazon Seller Central to download various reports and data-sets, and to upload them to the BA
* Following our guides, trainings, BA process, you will be reviewing the clients’ accounts to report the untapped opportunities for growth and scalability
* Regularly meet with the Head of Operations to report on BAs along with ideas to improve the BA process and reports
* When necessary, update and correct the BA Google Sheets formulas
* Use Asana (project management software) to keep on track and report progress of various projects and tasks
* Create ad-hoc reports based on need
* Fill-out various client progress and improvement reports
Requirements:
* Fully Remote with dependable internet service and backup
* Amazon Seller Central: You need to have at least three years of hands-on working experience with a full grasp and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
* Experience with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello (preferably Asana)
* Google Sheets expert
* Organized and Knows how to prioritize
* Warm, friendly, and fun: You have a friendly and positive attitude with people and with work
* Analytical Skills is a Must
* Technically Inclined: You will receive training but you will need to be technically savvy
