DETAILED ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant specializing in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Inventory Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon store. Your responsibilities will include:

Inventory Management & Reconciliation
– Inbound Shipping Management: Coordinate and oversee the inbound shipping process, ensuring that inventory arrives at Amazon fulfillment centers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
– Inventory Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile Amazon FBA inventory to detect and resolve discrepancies. Keep a close eye on inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
– Stranded and Reserved Inventory Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to stranded and reserved inventory status, ensuring that products are available for sale and not held up by Amazon restrictions.
– Removal Orders: Create removal orders when necessary, managing the process of returning or disposing of unsellable inventory.
– Inventory Reimbursement Claims: File and track inventory reimbursement claims with Amazon to recover funds for lost or damaged inventory.
– Case Management: Monitor and manage cases and inquiries with Amazon Seller Support, responding promptly and professionally to resolve any issues or escalations.

Account Health & Performance Management
Continuously assess and optimize the overall health of our Amazon store, including performance metrics, account health, and compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
– Substantial knowledge of and expertise with dealing with and resolving all types of performance notifications and policy compliance issues
– Documenting and keeping track of all account health issues and performance notifications
– Looping in and coordinating with other departments where their action is required to resolve or optimize sales and performance on Amazon
– Keep track of removed listings and warnings and ensure timely action is executed to prevent unnecessary loss of inventory
– Ensure and maintain all established KPIs are maintained including 0% Order defect rate on all orders, “Good” Account Health Rating, 0% on Shipping Performance metrics,
– Proficiency in creating, submitting, and following up on cases with Amazon to dispute inaccurate feedbacks and or other performance notifications

Amazon Listing Creation & Optimization
– Skilled in creating, managing, and perfecting product listings on Amazon, including planning, and creating paid search campaigns
– Conduct competitor analysis and come up with strategies to drive e-commerce sales on Amazon
– Validating Accuracy of all products listings and images with SKU/ ASIN of the product
– Optimizing listings on Amazon as necessary to boost visibility and sales
– Remove and list product inventory when required to do so
– Utilize analytics to monitor Amazon ASIN level Prime status, high moving ASIN’s and competitor trends
– Implement strategies to boost and maintain product rankings
– Knowhow to elevate and optimize product management processes
– Ensure products are accurately described, priced, and marketed while increasing brand awareness and visibility
– Manage the day-to-day responsibilities for all aspects of marketing for Amazon FBA

Reporting & Optimizations
– Monitor, analyze and report on Amazon FBA performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
– Present ideas and work closely with executives and other team members to efficiently integrate sales optimization strategies.
– Gather and analyze reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics
– Keep up to date on all of Amazon updates and ensure compliance across all processes

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in online marketing and managing Amazon Storefronts

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES
• Proven experience in Amazon FBA inventory management, with a track record of successful results.
• Previous work experience with managing and navigating Amazon Seller Central and its various features.
• Dynamic and proactive approach to problem solving and workflow optimizations
• People-centric – Ability to promote customer satisfaction while working with cross-functional teams to drive deliverables
• Adequate knowledge of tier 1 and 2 consumer electronic products and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with ambiguity and meeting multiple deadlines
• Experience in managing hundreds of SKUs and revenues over $2M.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including .csv & .txt files, filtering, conditional formatting, macros, pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and manage multiple accounts at same time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
