We are on the hunt for a driven and experienced Amazon Account Management Professional to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about navigating the complexities of Amazon’s marketplace and driving success through meticulous account management and strategic optimization.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our team, you will:
– Provide Account Technical Support: Manage cases diligently, oversee escalations, and ensure resolution of technical issues efficiently.
– Catalog Management: Take charge of listing creation, auditing, and reporting. You will play a key role in resolving issues and monitoring catalog performance to maintain optimal listings.
– Optimize Listings: Employ SEO strategies, conduct competitor and market analyses, and leverage insights to enhance listing visibility and performance.
– PPC Management & Optimization: Analyze current PPC campaigns, implement optimizations, monitor performance, and report on results to ensure the most effective use of advertising spend.
What We are Looking for:
1. Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and managing account health.
2. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability in both written and verbal communication.
3. Problem-Solving Attitude: A hands-on mentality paired with a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness. We value team members who are adept at critical thinking and can navigate challenges independently.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing tools, extensions, and analytics to drive account decisions and optimizations.
Please be prepared to discuss the following:
1. Describe a challenging account health issue you’ve encountered and how you successfully resolved it.
2. Share your experience with analytics tools, extensions, or software you’ve utilized in managing Amazon accounts.
3. Detail your expertise in PPC management, including the volume of ASINs handled simultaneously, and provide a sample report of your results.
4. Explain your approach to monitoring keyword rankings within your PPC campaigns or listing optimizations.
